they've been popular in london for a couple of years or so now - it's a very cheap material, and dead easy to braid in, and really light - all good :)

I've not seen anyone else so far with the same sort of foam as in painispretty's hair (the blue and green foam) which is industrial foam - i've only seen craft foam, which is thinner and lighter. Industrial foam RULES becuause it sticks straight up out of your head :D
