Probably because it was a BBC thing, and they just got their employees to do it. Cheaper than extras!

Saying that, I mostly went for the ones that looked like they were laughing, which I guess means a genuine smile.

I think I am quite good at it, generally, but much of the time I don't like to think that people are fake-smiling, so I pretend to myself that they aren't!!

It said at the end that it's all in the eyebrows - which is perhaps why it's hard to tell with goths, so many of them have them shaved off and drawn back on again :D

I loved that book. It really and truly turned me around, I think.

It's an ace book, although I'm not sure I agreed with all of it, and there were points where it kind of seemed to be going off track a bit. Some really interesting stuff in there though.
