fucking brilliant - lovecraft fans MUST look!

work xmas lunch today was not as good as last year. we were waiting for 45 minutes for our main course because we were sat at the table next to the MD and therefore were forgotten. the potatoes were over done and rubbery, the carrots coly, and the vegetarian option a soggy oily quiche. but i never say no to free food. and wine. RAR!

have eaten to many chocolates.

have decided my diet re-starts on 27th december (hopefully the day i will get my tounge peirced...Hal? you know if cold steel are open then? do you have their number?)

i think you should wait until at least jan 2 to go back in your diet. just in case, you know.

cthulhu appears. you all die. :> something about plush cthulhus is just...scary. nothing that creepy should be cuddly.

not sure whether cold steel will actually be open then, i'll ask for you, but in the meantime here's their number - 0207 267 7970.

diets, hmmm.....i would say that diet breaks can only be answered by proportionately working out to take off what you've just indulged in. though your mind may be willing and prepared for the break, the human metabolism can never be asked to ignore what you give it for a week or so.

I wouldn't start on the 27th, seeing as you'll be limited to eating ice cream and canned soup.

Yay for Emmie getting her tongue pierced... I'll be flying to Tampa that day :(

my 'diet break' has been since about september though :/ i'v been up and down between 9st 5lbs and 9st 11lbs since then... not lost any more. so it's more restarting than having a break.

and if the human metabolism can never be asked to ignore what you give it for a week or so were true, i'd never have lost the weight in the first place!! i happily went ona mid diet break in april whitby, i was literally half way through the diet. you need diet breaks sometimes.
