Seconded. I should look at that site often -I would surely lose some weight, as it would put me off eating....

(although I have a problem with volume and shape rather than weight -it happens more easily as you get older and the cure would be gym rather than any specific diet, but I hate gyms and can't afford to go to one anyway.
