Preacher - tougher - but my current choice would be John Cusack, after a but of buffing... and i think Cameron Diaz would make a great Tulip.

Sandman is REALLY hard. If Joan Cusack was younger, she'd have made a great Delirium. but she is too old. um.um. nope too hard.
