(no subject)

My line manager has given me 5 courgettes (2 are nearly marrows!) grown in her garden.

What shall I do with them? I usually just stir-fry courgettes, but I'm sure there's more exciting things I can do with them!¹

Any one out there know any really easy to follow recipe ideas for courgettes?
