If you carry a Donor Card, that's no garuntee your wishes will be carried out. Register and make sure you can help someone out after your death, if that's what you wish.
You may have noticed - I'm a big believer in organ donation. I don't see the point of sticking my lifeless corpse in the ground doing no good to anyone.
Memorials are for the living, not the dead.
