HELP! i buggered up my LJ colours

i wanted to re-do my colour scheme, as i was bored of pink and purple. i wanted blues and purples and blacks and greens. but it keeps going blank on me and i'm CONFUUUUUUSED

i don't know what all the different bits mean 'weak accent' strong accent' - WTF? and i can't remember how i did it last time, but know it took me AGES.

i will buy someone a pint (or drink of choice) if they can provide me with a list of coolour codes i can copy and paste into the modify journal section, to make my journal all pretty.

and how to i get cool pictures as the background? like painispretty has?
