Those 11 year olds are nearly fourty actually. I saw the second ep of torchwood and thought it might have potential even though the lead girl was a bit thick and the basement hq is something from the crystal maze. I think maybe they are trying too hard even though as you say Capitan Jack is good. Shame the other actors dont have what he has.
