Harry Potter

General notice -
I haven't read it yet, as I haven't had the time.
I will be genuinely upset if anyone gives anything away, regardless of whether you think that I clearly 'don't care enough' to have finished by now.
I haven't even started it yet, reason being, in addition to really liking the series, I also have a life, which, annoyingly enough, continues despite the fact I'd much rather be reading.
Here endeth my public announcement. I will be unlikely to post comments in any post about HP7, in case I accidentally read something I don't want to.
Edit - this includes fake spoilers. I have no way of knowing if it's true or not. (unless they are quite blatantly not true. Like, Voldemort becomes a Jehovah's witness and bakes everyone cookies to say sorry, and even returns lolrus' bucket, which he stole all along...)
I am quite bemused by the number of smug people out there going 'I don't care about Harry Potter, people that care are STUPID and so i'm going to tell them what happens HA HA HA.' I'm taking about people on my FL, but there's been a lot of it on LJ communities and here in the office. Why would someone get so much pleasure out of ruining the end of something that doesn't matter to them for someone that does?
