Can't, have a wedding reception in the evening, and saturday daytime is the only spare time i have for ages to actually sort my room out, do laundy, you know, normal things!

I think set-off time is between 10.30 and 1.30 there. We were going to gather at 10, don't want to wait till 1.30 to start! Why, thinking about joining us?

i've been looking at this and am a bit confused by it all, to be honest!! I might just go for the islington or hackney one as they are the two closest to me, and hope i meet people along the way.

We can try to co-ordinate mid-route, or once we get to the festival :)

Yeah, I registered for the Wandsworth one and then realised that the meeting point is miles away, when Clapham Common is just down the road. So we're just going straight to the Common.
I am wondering what route we're taking though, given that is says the routes are 9 miles and it's less than half that from Clapham Common to St James' Park!
We can exchange numbers and coordinate leaving times perhaps?

I'm sure we'll manage to meet up at *some* point along the route! Still undecided whether to dress up as a pirate or not, i've done that quite a lot lately, i don't want to get bored of it ;)

I'll have to get creative, I'm completely and utterly skint so can't buy an outfit. But I've got to have some black satin lying around somewhere...

On the plus side, it's halloween season so the shops are full of cheapy witches hats :)

The advantage to dressing like a pirate is I already have all the necessary bits. Not sure a pirate hat would stay on in a breeze though!!

I was planning to meet Nick at Greenwich and cycle in myself via my own route, I don't see any reason to go out of the way to peckham. I'm sure we can just enter the route at Southwark road.
