i got a moulinex blender for £9 on ebay :)

home made fruit smoothies and frozen yougurt here i come!!!!!







um. anyone know how to make frozen yogurt and fruit smoothies?

simplest method;

frozen fruit...berries, grapes, anything really...bigger fruit chopped into bits before freezing...berries can be bought frozen...

some yogurt..

and some juice...apple is nice and neutral...

estimate and blend...adding stuff to get a texture you like

I know not how to create Smoothiethings, but that seems to have been covered by the nice person above :]

I was listening to some Interlock MP3s from the site, and I was most impressed. You guys are a bit light for my tastes, but you sound damn good! I hope you do well - I would appear at The Garage tomoz, but it looks like I'm already busy :/
