As a couple of people have already mentioned, I often ask the interviewer/s how long they've been there and whether they like the company. And/or whether most people in the department have been there a long time. Also how the vacancy arose, unless they've covered that. Are you replacing someone who's left or been promoted, or is it a newly created role? It's useful to remember an interview is a two way thing - you have to know if you want to work there too!
