Being Human
Feb. 28th, 2009 11:44 amOk, so it's a little bit cheesy, some of the writing is less that genius, and it's not exactly doing anything particularly original, but I am enjoying Being Human SO MUCH. Episode 5 had me screaming in frustration when it ended.
I am enjoying it more than any other British drama I've seen in ages, apart from maybe Dr Who.
I was a little disappointed at first as I didn't think it quite lived up to the pilot, but I have been enjoying it none-the-less.
I think, for a comedy-drama, it perhaps needs more humour. Mitchell's character is way too emo for jokes so most of the humour comes from George (who I think is brilliant) and Annie.
Anyone else watching?
