Alan Moore is only a demi-god. There are only three true Gods. You saw them last disappearing into the mist in Predator 2. The director didn't know that either.

just finished reading watchmen- jesus it's absolutely superb. it's really amazing what moore does with the genre. Rorschach is brilliant. I'm going to buy a white balaclava, some ink and a hat. oh yes.

yeah, I guess I was just expecting it to be utterly horrific, like that film with kevin costner about postmen. LXG was good fun in and of itself, but don't get me wrong, it was such a toned down, glamourised version (without even any severed limbs or rape or anything) that it just ended up as another connery romp. Fucking scots.
