That's pants... if someone is bisexual or transgendered (which is what I assume they are referring to here, although that is hardly more prevalent in the goth community than say the geek community), it's hardly ambiguous, nor is it "confused".

Maybe they just mean bois wearing eyeliner, and grrlz wearing combat boots. Phreaking the mundanes used to be fun :-(

Hello. I saw you on telly. I thought, hmmm I recognise that girl from somewhere and realised it was through livejournal (and its multitude of fakehair communities). It was a pretty naff programme but amused me none the less.
